Shipping & Return Policy
All orders placed with Prime Peptides are fulfilled and dispatched from within the European Union. Shipments delivered to EU member states are generally not subject to customs duties or import levies. Customers bear full responsibility for ensuring that the importation, possession, and use of research peptides comply with the applicable laws and regulatory requirements of their jurisdiction prior to completing a purchase.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a confirmation email containing shipment details, including a tracking number and link provided by the designated courier. Delivery timeframes are estimated at approximately 5–7 business days within the European Union and 10–21 business days for destinations outside the EU, subject to location and customs processing. These delivery estimates are provided for guidance only. Once a consignment has been transferred to the courier, Prime Peptides shall not be liable for delays arising from transport providers, customs authorities, or other external factors beyond its control.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and selected delivery method. The total applicable shipping fee is clearly displayed during the checkout process prior to order confirmation.

In circumstances where delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate or incomplete address information, refusal or failure to accept delivery, non-collection of the parcel, customs intervention, non-compliance with import regulations, or any other reason attributable to the customer, Prime Peptides reserves the right to decline automatic reshipment unless expressly agreed in writing. Any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to shipping, return, storage, or administrative handling fees, may be deducted from any refund issued. Where goods are returned in a damaged, compromised, or otherwise diminished condition, Prime Peptides further reserves the right to refuse reimbursement.
Given the specialized and sensitive characteristics of research peptides, including sterility, contamination control, and stability considerations, returns and exchanges are not accepted except in instances of confirmed product defects. No goods may be returned without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be rejected and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
In the event of a suspected defect, the customer must submit written notification within a 3 day period from delivery, clearly stating the order reference, a detailed description of the concern, and supporting photographic evidence. Products must not be returned unless explicitly instructed by Prime Peptides. Failure to adhere to these procedures may result in product devaluation or loss, for which the customer shall remain fully responsible.
All matters concerning shipment, delivery, returns, and product-related claims are governed exclusively by the Prime Peptides General Terms and Conditions, which form an integral component of every transaction.
